Important Regulatory Notice

As of late 2025, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) ordered Simpl to cease its payment, clearing, and settlement activities due to the lack of a mandatory Certificate of Authorisation. This has made the "buy now, pay later" service non-operational for new payments at that time. We are committed to working with regulators to ensure full compliance.
